Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories included (fin keys, screws, covers).
IMPORTANT FOR SURFBOARDS: Surfboards must be returned in brand new, unridden condition.
- DO NOT WAX the board if you intend to return it.
- Once a surfboard has been waxed or taken into the water, it is considered “Used” and cannot be returned for a full refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Used / Second-Hand Surfboards (These are sold “As Is” – please check photos carefully before buying).
- Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
Shipping Damage (Crucial) We pack our surfboards with extreme care. However, accidents happen during transit.
- Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If you notice significant damage to the box, please take photos before opening it.
- If the board is damaged, contact us immediately at salted.surfboards@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal/Midtrans). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping To return your product, please mail it to our shop in Bali:
Salted Surfboard Jl. Taman Pancing Barat, Pemogan, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- For Surfboards: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the item is lost during return shipping, we cannot issue a refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong size/model. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salted.surfboards@gmail.com.
